The Anarchist
The Anarchist is a new adult fantasy novel about coming of age in a world filled with corruption, poverty, and injustice. Kreutzer Eishart is the next king in a long line of tyrannical rulers in the powerful country, Koel— however, his life is dramatically altered when an assassination attempt at his coronation goes wrong.
Enter the circus. It's just one of many circuses that roam the far cities of Koel, but this one's different. With an entire cast made of fugitives, wanted criminals, and the persecuted, this nameless, almost mythical troupe is a far cry from the palace Kreutzer was born in— and it is for this very reason that Kreutzer is brought here to regroup after his banishment.
Drawing influences from the tale of Siddhartha Gautama, the anarchist follows Kreutzer's growth as he experiences life as one of his nameless subjects, and flirting with danger alongside least likely comrades.
A Cloud of Dust
A series of shorts and vignettes detailing the travels of Kaj, a fifteen year old orphan, and his centuries-old lizard companion, Rafar, as they traverse an endless desert.
Magus Velum
Men in Black meets Harry Potter in this modern fantasy, in which contracts with the gods grant bloodlines magical abilities. In the present day, these descendants are trained and deployed as humanity's first defense against supernatural threats, and they're quite good at covering up the evidence. Enter the Organization— a vast, international entity that governs over supernatural affairs and manages the Academy-- a school for training the magically gifted, which are later drafted into service.
Things change when a new group threatens the Organization's existence.
This concept is a collaborative effort between friends.
DVDVDV
A boy gets lost in a world where halls stretch on for eternities-- where there are no ends or beginnings. Highly conceptual and surreal.
These Terrible Things
A series of Twine games detailing the experiences of three nameless individuals and the horrors that haunt them.
An Empty Bliss Beyond the Woods
Set in the 1950's, an artist wanders into the wrong part of the woods-- and is given an ultimatum by a demon: Stay with me until the next new moon, or risk being trapped in the forest forever. Lovecraftian romance.
Rue
Based on an old concept for a Yume Nikki fangame, Rue is a story about a teen who takes shelter in an abandoned house for a night, and is transported to an alternate reality where he faces aspects of himself he tried so hard to ignore. Draws influences from Alice in Wonderland.
Mardröm
A horror set in a Scandinavian village in the 1930s, untouched by modern civilization. A chain of events sets off a violent reaction that shakes the very foundation of the village itself, resulting in countless deaths. Heavily inspired by Yearwalk.
